Facilities Consultant – are the main Sales contact with our new and existing customers. They generate sales leads, qualify potential customers and collaborate with the client and Interior designers to help make decisions on furniture and services from Brooks Corning. A sales & marketing or Interior design & construction background helps the individual become successful in this position.
Client Service Coordinator – is the guardian of the sales order fulfillment process. This includes the management of customer orders from order entry point through to order completion. The CSC provides support to the facilities consultant and accurate and timely service to customers. This is a great position to enter into the company and learn the process. A marketing, business, interior design or purchasing background is desirable for this position.
Product Specialist – provides design solutions to our customers. They work closely with Sales, Project Management and Installations to ensure accurate plans and specifications, conformance to the client’s requirements and high quality project implementation. An interior design and strong autoCAD background is necessary to be successful in this position
Project Manager – is responsible for and is the single point of contact for all aspects of large and/or complex furniture projects, from the inception of project to final close-out and Invoicing. They work closely with Sales, Design, Installations as well as sub contractors and general contractors.
Furniture Installer – performs efficient installation and assembly of office furniture within our clients’ facilities. They are the front line customer contact and the backbone of our business and are responsible for timely completion of work with a high degree of finish and extraordinary customer satisfaction.
